Dr. Alan Yan was born and raised in Hong Kong.
After graduating from high school in Toronto, Canada, he completed his B.A. in
Biology and Master of Engineering in Operations Research and Financial
Engineering, both at Cornell University. He went to Tufts University School of
Medicine and obtained his M.D. in 2003.

Alan is looking forward to practice general / trauma surgery in the real world
before pursuing further fellowship training.
