Dr. Garrow completed his BA at New York University.
He received his MD
from SUNY Downstate School of Medicine and completed his
surgical residency at Montefiore Hospital, Bronx, New York.
He subsequently completed fellowship training at Children's Hospital of Michigan,
Detroit, Michigan.
