About:

Dr. Kirwin has been a faculty member of the Department of Surgery since 1994. He is a graduate of the Sackler School of Medicine / New York State Program and completed his General Surgery residency at Downstate and Brooklyn Hospital along with his Vascular Fellowship at Maimonides Medical Center.

Dr. Kirwin is Board Certified in both General and Vascular Surgery

Dr. Kirwin's clinical interests are: Vascular Surgery including endocascular, cerebrovascular, venous diseases, lower extremity arterial bypasses and access for dialysis.
