Dr. Kurtz had received Bachelor of Science from MIT in 1963. In 1968 he had
received his MD from Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
Dr. Kurtz began his surgical training at John Hopkins Hospital and continued
at
Royal Victoria Hospital, McGill University, Montreal. He had completed fellowship in Critical Care Medicine at the University of
Pittsburgh School of Medicine, Presbyterian University Hospital and then
fellowship in Surgical Critical Care at Mt. Sinai Hospital, New York, NY. |
